Winco Edge Protection Seal Corner Profiles

Winco offers a comprehensive portfolio of edge protection profiles for softening and rounding edges as well as preventing injuries on flaps, doors, access holes and sheet metal edges of all kinds.

• Includes additional sealing profile feature which provides both protection and sealing
• With corresponding contact pressure offers protection against splash water, dust and steam as well as reduces noise emissions
• Can be installed on either cut or bent workpiece edges depending on the application
• Orientation can be selected based on type, situated on the top or side
• Made of UL-compliant EPDM or NBR
• NBR is particularly suited for applications in contact with fuels or lubricants
• GN 2181 with pre-made 90 degree corners enables right-angled seal contours without the minimum installation radius that is typically necessary, eliminating need for manually cutting profile free
• Corner joint is tight and durable thanks to vulcanization
• Corner models can be ordered with various leg lengths and shortened as necessary or extended with corresponding profile of GN 2180
• Installed slightly oversized and "compressed" to ensure consistent seal, resulting in joints which are tightly closed and do not require an adhesive
• Special shapes such as U or Z available upon request
• Round or rectangular versions in custom dimensions, vulcanized and closed off, can be supplied as well
