Summary:
Once again the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) will be holding its annual conference and exhibition. This year's theme, Minerals for All Seasons, reflects the history and continued importance of mining in our daily lives.
The event is composed of technical programs, workshops, forums and exhibits of the latest mining products and services. Exhibit space is already sold out for the 2012 show, ensuring that visitors will have plenty to see.
During the show there will be opportunities to visit mining and processing operations in the Edmonton area. Women in Mining Canada (WIM) will also be holding a forum with a lineup of panelists sharing their knowledge and experiences in the mining industry.
