Tactical Vehicles Summit

The Institute for Defense and Government Advancement (IDGA) is sponsoring the 6th Annual Tactical Vehicles Summit. Each year the summit addresses tactical vehicle strategy, procurement, challenges and opportunities within the field of military vehicles. 

This year's focus will be on the challenges facing the MRAP, JLTV, HMMWV ECV and MTVR/LVSR. Much of the summit will focus on the future outlook and requirements for tactical vehicles. 

Topics of focus will include: 

• Objectives, plans and next steps to be taken in the JLTV, HMMWV ECV and MRAP program
• Future requirements and planning for the TWV fleet
• Developments in applied vehicle technology
• Adapting to budget realities-streamlining vehicle development and acquisition

There will be a Vehicle Maintenance and Recapture Focus Day on April 22 and Vehicle Protection Focus Day on April 25.
