The first of a two-part, 40-hour seminar series, this professional education course will help you learn about various strategies for maximizing the reliability of hydraulic systems. During this course attendees will learn about fluid selection, application, analysis as well as contamination-control and filtration technology.

Once the course is completed, participants will be able to identify the appropriate hydraulics for various applications, extract fluid samples for analysis and explain the effects of contaminants on hydraulic systems.

Those who would benefit from the course include filtration, maintenance and design engineers, fluid power sales professionals, mechanics and anyone who is involved with operating fluid-power systems. A basic understanding of hydraulic systems and components is necessary for attending this course.

The second module of the course is the Hydraulic System Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Failure Analysis course, held December 15 to 16, 2011. Discounts are available for those who sign up for both courses.
