Functional safety continues to grow in importance as the amount of electronic control systems in heavy equipment increases. Non Road Mobile Machinery: Functional Safety will provide an overview of the latest technologies and regulations, including those on the horizon.
During the conference attendees will:
- Gather insights for upcoming non-road mobile machinery standards (including ISO 13849, ISO 19014, IEC 61508, and IEC 61511)
- Receive in-depth coverage of the normalization process toward autonomous driving: safety architectures for autonomous vehicles, how to define safe driving with limited sensing, machine learning/artificial intelligence applied to autonomous control
- Attain knowledge on the electrification of vehicles: addressing safety; risk assessments for electrical machines
- Be introduced to ISO 26262 for trucks and buses
This year's event is set to take place in Berlin, Germany.
