Cole Hersee Company announced that it has been acquired by Littelfuse, Inc. of Chicago, IL. The combined company will be well-positioned to better serve OEMs and Aftermarket customers in the Heavy Vehicle sector. Cole Hersee will continue to design and manufacture innovative and dependable products, while providing the customer service customers have relied upon since 1924.

Donald Mayer, Vice President of Cole Hersee, said, “This is a great fit. We think the combination with Littelfuse will enable us to bring new products and capabilities to our customers, and provide new opportunities to serve them.”
