Reports show that January medium and heavy truck sales were up 31%, compared to last year's figures.
Data from Wards Communications indicate January medium and heavy truck sales were up 31% from 2011 numbers.
Sales of Class 8 trucks rose from 9,236 to 14,119 for a 53% gain over January 2011, while Class 7 sales rose 14%.
Class 4 trucks was the only class to see a decline.
