Secretary Chu Announces New Companies Joining Clean Fleets Partnership

Secretary Chu has announced more companies, including Best Buy and Johnson Controls have joined the Clean Fleet Partnership.

Energy Secretary Chu announces that four new companies have joined the U.S. Department of Energy's Clean Fleets Partnership.

The four new companies are Best Buy, Johnson Controls, Pacific Gas and Electric, and Veolia. These companies will join the 14 other companies already participating in the partnership which is focused on decreasing the amount of gasoline and diesel used by fleets. 

Secretary Chu made the announcement during The Green Truck Summit, part of The Work Truck Show in Indianapolis, IN.
