Exhibit Space Sales Open for CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2014

Exhibition space sales are now open for the 2014 edition of CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE.

Exhibit space sales open April 16, 2012 for the next CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE exhibitions. The triennial co-located shows will be held March 4 to 8, 2014 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, USA.

Companies submitting an application and deposit by the August 15, 2012 priority deadline will be included in a virtual space draw to take place in fall 2012. After August 15, companies will be assigned space on a first come, first served basis according to product category.

Exhibit space rates include, as they have in the past, a "package plan" of booth services that many other shows charge extra for. These include full drayage services (such as unloading/loading of all crated materials and machinery, delivery to exhibit spaces from the marshalling yard and pick-up at show close), general stand cleaning, and pipe and drape for standard inline exhibit stands.

Exhibitors also receive complimentary access to trade show education sessions on a variety of topics to help them maximize their show participation. A complimentary show marketing kit provides exhibitors with materials to help them promote their company presence at the shows. These services are especially useful for companies new to exhibiting and/or new to CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE.

In a 2011 post-show exhibitor survey, 91% said they were very-satisfied-to-satisfied with their overall show experience, and 87% were very-satisfied-to-satisfied with the quality of attendees. The majority of show attendees were key company decision-makers, including 45% with the top titles of president/owner and vice president/general manager/chief financial officer.

"Our shows are industry-run with a focus on customer service; our goal is to provide a quality experience for exhibitors and attendees, one that delivers the biggest return on their investment of time and money," states Melissa Magestro, AEM senior director exhibitions and IFPE show director.

"Attendees will have close-up access to the range of latest products and services available in the marketplace and be able to talk one-on-one with industry experts in construction, construction materials and fluid power/motion control/power transmission," states Megan Tanel, AEM vice president exhibitions & events and CONEXPO-CON/AGG show director.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the international gathering place every three years for the construction industries, showcasing the latest technologies, equipment, products and services. IFPE is the leading international exposition and technical conference dedicated to the integration of fluid power with other technologies for power transmission and motion control applications. The last edition of the shows, in March 2011, attracted nearly 120,000 registered attendees, and on the show floor were more than 2,400 exhibitors taking more than 2.34 million net square feet of exhibit space.

The shows are perennially among the largest not only in the industry but also across all trade shows in North America.
