Streit Group, a manufacturer of armored vehicles, has opened the world's largest manufacturing facility, which comprises 120,000 square meters of space. The facility is located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This is just the first phase of the building project, however. The company plans to add even more space, as well as production capabilities, to increase the facility's manufacturing capacity further. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2014.
According to the company, the new facility can manufacture 250 to 400 armored vehicles a month.
