The International Fluid Power Society (IFPS) announces June 19 has been designated as Fluid Power Professionals’ Day. Suggested activities to celebrate the day are available by visiting www.ifps.org. Winners of the first-annual Fluid Power Professionals in Action Photo Contest will be announced on June 19, 2014.
"June 19 is a day to celebrate hydraulics and pneumatics, which are used everywhere. The industry is filled with engineers, mechanics, technicians, and specialists who work with fluid power every day. We are proud to support these industry personnel,” says Donna Pollander, ACA, IFPS Executive Director.
Fluid Power Professionals’ Day is supported by the Fluid Power Journal, National Fluid Power Association (NFPA), the Fluid Power Distributors Association (FPDA), the Fluid Power Educational Foundation (FPEF), and the Equipment Service Association (ESA).
