Peerless Electronics Acquires New Company
Peerless Electronics, Inc. acquires circuit breaker panel assembly business from Sensata Technologies
Peerless Electronics Inc. of Bethpage, NY has announced the acquisition of the Sensata Technologies Airpax Circuit Breaker Panel and Battery Disconnect Business. The transfer of the panel business will allow Peerless to expand its Value Added Center while allowing Sensata Technologies to refocus its business strategy on core circuit protection products while assuring its customers will continue to receive panel products from a highly capable and competent supplier. These panels are used in the railroad, telecommunications, and other industries.
Peerless Electronics is authorized as a Value Added Center. The combination of in-depth inventories, state-of-the-art facilities and experienced technical personnel provides customers with the quality end products that meet their specific requirements. Peerless will use Sensata/Airpax Magnetic Circuit Protection Products in these assemblies.
