Shaw Development, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Timothy McGraw as Chief Financial Officer.
McGraw is an important addition to Shaw Development. He brings extensive global operations experience in automotive and vehicle systems in addition to his financial leadership gained while serving at Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation and Orange Electronic North America. Prior to his automotive experience, McGraw served as a commercial lending officer for PNC Bank. His career at Ford and Visteon included progressive finance leadership roles in distribution and manufacturing operations, product line management, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and shared services. He gained international experience serving in London, England as the Controller for Visteon’s European and South American Climate manufacturing operations. Most recently, he served as the Global Commercial Controller for Visteon’s Climate operations. In 2009, McGraw joined Orange Electronics North America, a distributor of aftermarket tire pressure monitoring systems as its Managing Director of Operations and Chief Financial Officer.
McGraw earned his BSBA in Finance from Miami University, Oxford, OH, and his MBA from The Ohio State Fisher School of Business, Columbus, OH.
McGraw replaces F. Grant Westerman who is retiring after 17 years of service as Shaw’s Chief Financial Officer.
