Donaldson named a Top 100 Workplace

Donaldson was recently named a 2014 top 100 Workplace by the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Donaldson Company Inc., a global manufacturer of filtration systems and parts, has been ranked for the second year on the Minneapolis Star Tribune's Top 100 Workplaces list. In the recently released 2014 list, Donaldson ranked number 25 among large Minnesota companies.

Here is what Donaldson employees said about the company:

The ethics and values are truly felt around the company.

I work with great people that make it enjoyable to come to work every day.

Donaldson is a company that knows what they do – filtration – and wants to be the technology and market leader in that core business. They are increasing market share with a real plan, not just buzz words and hope.

Donaldson provides opportunities to work on challenging problems that can be very rewarding.

I am proud to be a part of this company.

WorkforceDynamics, the survey firm that has conducted the StarTribune's Top Workplaces research for the past four years, analyzed over 58,600 employee responses. To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Rankings are composite scores calculated on the basis of employee responses about engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction.

"It is an honor to again have our Employees' feedback result in Donaldson being named a top workplace in the Twin Cities," says Sandee Joppa, Donaldson's Vice President of Human Resources. "Our Employees are the most important factor in our success. Many thanks to each person who responded to the WorkforceDynamics survey and to all our Minnesota-based Employees for their commitment to making Donaldson a top employer in our state."
