Certified Power Acquires Cirus Controls

Certified Power has acquired Cirus Controls, enabling the company to further expand the products it offers its customers.

Certified Power Inc. (Mundelein, IL) announces the acquisition of Cirus Controls LLC (Minneapolis, MN). Cirus Controls designs, engineers and manufactures electronic spreader controls, central hydraulic systems, advanced plow controls and innovative telematics-based performance management systems for the winter road maintenance industry. Recognized for its award winning technology, Cirus Controls’ highly engineered solutions enable fleet managers to accurately and cost effectively manage snow and ice removal across North American roadways.
