Deutz presents its range of engines to meet future emissions standards for current EU Non-Road 2004/26 Directive, EU Stage III B and US EPA Tier 4 Interim emissions standard in the 28 to 520 kW (31 to 697) hp power range.

TCD 2.9 L4 - 25 to 55.4kW

  • Naturally-aspirated or turbocharged, with or without charge air cooling
  • Equipped with cooled external EGR
  • 1,800 bar common-rail high pressure injection system
  • 4-cylinder in-line engine
  • Developed for tight, narrow installations
  • DOC converter and the particulate oxidising catalytic converter cover most applications
  • Sealed DPF option available

TCD 3.6 L4 - 50 to 90kW

  • Maximum torque of up to 480 Nm at engine speeds of 1,400 to 1,600 rpm
  • Water-cooled, turbocharged 4-cylinder engine
  • Available with or without charge air cooling and cooled EGR
  • 1,600 bar common-rail system
  • Particulate oxidising catalytic converter, or a DOC for the charge air cooled variant, available for exhaust aftertreatment
  • DPF option, DVERT exhaust gas aftertreatment system

TCD 4.1 L4 - 70 to 115kW  

  • Maximum torque of 610 Nm at engine speeds of 1,400 to 1,600 rpm
  • Water-cooled, turbo-charged and charge air cooled 4-cylinder in-line engine
  • 1,600 bar DEUTZ common-rail system (DCR) and cooled EGR
  • Modular exhaust gas aftertreatment system includes sealed DPF with air-throttle assisted regeneration 

TCD 6.1 L6 - 120 to 180kW

  • Maximum torque of 1,000 Nm at engine speeds of 1,400 to 1,600 rpm
  • 6-cylinder in-line engine
  • Water-cooled; turbocharger and charge air cooler
  • Cooled external EGR
  • Electronically controlled Deutz common-rail (DCR) high pressure injection system operating at 1,600 bar up to 160kW and at 2,000 bar at the top performance level
  • Sealed DPF with air-throttled regeneration for engines up to 130kW; diesel burner regeneration for engines over 130kW

TCD 7.8 L6 - 160 to 250kW

  • Water-cooled 6-cylinder engine
  • Maximum torque of 1,400 Nm at engine speeds of 1,400 to 1,600 rpm
  • Turbocharger plus charge air cooling, cooled external EGR
  • 2,000 bar Deutz common rail (DCR) high pressure injection system
  • Exhaust gas aftertreatment system
  • Sealed DPF with active diesel burner regeneration

TCD 12.0 V6 - 240 to 390kW

  • V-configuration water-cooled engine
  • Common-rail high pressure injection system operating at an injection pressure of 2,000 bar
  • Electronically controlled wastegate turbocharger
