JVM-407 Graphics-Capable HMI

The Ludwigsburg-based automation specialist Jetter AG has launched its JVM-407 graphics-capable HMI, designed especially for use in harsh environments. It may be used for the control, configuration and operation of vehicles and mobile machinery such as municipal vehicles, delivery and disposal vehicles, agricultural machinery, forestry machinery and even construction vehicles.

• Meets all necessary protection requirements relating to ambient temperature, shock, vibration, electromagnetic compatibility and water/dust tightness
• Keyboard features a "night design"
• Display brightness and key lighting can be adjusted according to needs
• Integrated beeper gives warning or confirmation signals
• Includes 16 digital inputs
• Features power supply rating of 12V and 24V
• Digital fused output has rating of 3 A for control of a relay
• Utilizes PAL or NTSC standard video output for rear view camera 
• Offers three CAN buses, independent of one another, for communications with remote peripheral devices
• Includes an interpreter for application programs written in JetSym STX high level language for controlling small and medium sized applications
