Advantech introduces its TREK-753 mobile data terminal which is ruggedly designed for heavy-duty vehicle applications.


Advantech-DLoG, a mobile computing platform provider, announces the availability of TREK-753, an all-in-one 7 in. mobile data terminal with touchscreen, suitable for in-vehicle applications in the harshest environments.

  • Offers rugged, friendly-to-use design
  • Helps improve safety, security and efficiency in a variety vehicles 
  • Features EN 60721-3-5 certification, and meets military standards for vibration and shock
  • For use as affordable solution to heavy-duty vehicle applications, including long haul trucks, fuel trucks, ambulances and fire trucks
  • Operates in transient power conditions
  • Supports 12V/24V car power systems, operating from 6 to 36V
  • Compliant with ISO7637-2 and SAE J1113
  • Power-on/power-off delay features are software configurable
  • Operates in temperature range from -30 C to 60 C
  • Features an Intel Atom Z510PT/Z520PT processor, increased memory, analog video input port, GbE, and rich I/O ports (additional COM port, audio, CAN bus, and J1708)
  • Adding an optional I/O cover makes it IP54 compliant
  • Optimizes internal space with compact design and full-flat panel touchscreen
  • CF/SD/SIM card slot is externally accessible, allowing easy access without having to open the unit
  • Supports built-in RF modules, such as GPS with an AGPS feature, GPRS/CDMA/HSDPA, WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth
  • Pairing with navigation, statistical and monitoring software, allows it to meet fleet management requirements, saves fuel, aids dispatchers and helps resource arrangement
