ETP Express Keyless Bushings

Heavy-duty models of the ETP Express keyless shaft bushings are now available in 20, 40 and 60 mm sizes from Zero-Max.

• Features fast and frequent mounting/dismounting capabilities with one radial screw to save space and provide accurate mounting without axial movement along shaft
• Offers up to four times radial load capacity of standard ETP Express models
• Provides tight connection between shaft and mounted components
• Radial screw compresses pressure medium with double-walled sleeve that expands and creates a solid connection between shaft and mounting member
• Operating temperature range from -22 F to 180 F
• Handles torque ranges from 40 to 6400 lbs.
• Uniform surface pressure prevents damage to surfaces and enables use of shafts without problem-causing keyways
• Single adjusting screw eliminates need for numerous adjusting of screws and axial movement of mechanical bushing when screws are tightened
• Provides concentricity to .001 in. T.I.R.
• Well suited for use in tight areas
• Requires no lubrication
• Available in a full range of inch and metric sizes and in stainless steel metric sizes
