J.W. Winco, Inc. announces it now offers Series GN 817.4 Steel or Stainless Steel Indexing Plungers with T-Handle, with and without Rest Position, in metric sizes.
- RoHS compliant
- T-handle shape is advantageous when greater unlocking forces occur
- Handle shape allows better visual orientation of indexing position of Type C version (version with rest position)
- Type C plungers are used in applications where plunger must not protrude continually
- For non-protruding applications, the knob is retracted and afterwards turned by 90 degrees and a notch keeps the plunger in this position
- In steel version, body and plunger pin are steel with black oxide finish
- Stainless steel version eatures European Standard No. 1.4305 stainless steel (American Standard Series 303) body and plunger pin, with plunger pin also chemically nickel-plated
- T-handle is technopolymer plastic (Polyamid PA), and not removable
- Lock nut is steel or stainless steel, ISO 8675 (DIN 439)
