Rugged Industrial and Super-Rugged Heavy-Duty ACS Inclinometers

POSITAL’s ACCELENS (ACS) inclinometers are now available in two major product lines. The first is a rugged industrial version with a tough fiber-reinforced PBT plastic housing while the second is a super-rugged heavy-duty variant enclosed in a die-cast aluminum housing.

• Both variants are available as single axis (360 degree) or two-axis (+/- 80 degree) models
• Measurement cells withstand shock loads of up to 100 g
• Maximum resolution is +/- 0.01 degrees
• Features IP69K-rated protection from dust, water or high-pressure sprays
• Temperature compensated and individually calibrated at factory to ensure accurate measurements in any environment
• Available instrument interfaces include analogue (voltage or current), serial (SSI), CANopen and DeviceNet
• For mounting on construction and agricultural machinery, military vehicles, mobile equipment, cranes and lifts and drilling/mining equipment
• Super-rugged version withstands accidental impacts loads, features reinforced connection points and mounting holes for 1/4 in. (M6) screws and solid flanges
• Rugged industrial version features fully-encapsulated electronic components
