With enhanced chemical resistance, Master Bond MasterSil 930 is an acetoxy type fluorosilicone for bonding, sealing and coating applications.
- Well suited for use in aerospace, electronics, specialty OEM and other industries
- One part system which is easy to handle
- Withstands exposure to water, fuels, oils, greases, refrigerants, acids, bases and solvents better than standard silicones
- Features paste viscosity
- Cures relatively quickly with a tack free time of 20-30 min., depending upon thickness
- Tensile strength of 800-1,100 psi
- Bonds well to wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass, rubbers, plastics and other silicones
- Features hardness of 30-40 Shore A
- Flexible and resistant to rigorous thermal cycling, as well as mechanical and thermal shock
- Electrically insulative and has volume resistivity of over 1014 ohm-cm
- Service temperature range is -85-450 F (-65-232.22 C)
- White in color
