Shaw Development LLC announces and welcomes David Dyer as Vice President of Operations for Shaw Development and Dixon Pumps. Dyer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing, quality and supply chain operations.
Dyer has over 30 years experience as a senior executive with on/off road heavy-duty vehicle OEMs and Tier One Suppliers. He started his career as a diesel fuel injection designer with Delphi in the United Kingdom (UK) and then moved to Ford in its agricultural and construction division in a European staff role managing the advanced technology in the manufacturing plants. In a 16-year career he ended as the Global Financial Controller for the Commercial Operations. In this role he was deeply involved with the purchase of Case International Harvester. For the last 15 years he has held a number of lead roles at SRC - Springfield Remanufacturing Corp in General Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations. His most recent position as the Director of Business Development for the corporation; he led its merger and acquisition strategy and execution. Dyer holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Bradford in the UK. Dyer and his family were proud to become U.S. citizens in 2011.
