Eaton Corporation announces the launch of its latest hose and fitting series, the DYNAMAX EC850 hose, for working pressures up to 500 bar (7,250 psi) required for today’s hydraulic systems with higher flow rates, increased working pressures and greater performance.
- Available in the following sizes: -10 (DN16); -12 (DN19); -16 (DN25); -20 (DN31)
- Features bend radius that is 10% better than the SAE100R15 industry standard
- Extremely flexible, enabling easy installation in tight areas
- Includes just four spiral wire layers in size -10 (DN16), size -12 (DN19) and also in size -16 (DN25)
- Size -20 (DN31) has a six wire layer construction to achieve the high working pressure
- Includes new generation of inner tube material that enables significantly increased service life while meeting requirements of REACH regulation
- Qualified with a safety factor of a 4:1 burst pressure
- Meets a class 0 leakage in accordance with SAE J1176
- Complete range of hose fittings and adapters available in sizes -10 (DN16) through -20 (DN31)
- In addition to the standard code 62 fitting style, Eaton also offers the DKO S range that achieves pressures up to 500 bar (7,250 psi)
- Fittings are offered with chrome III plating as the standard, and optional corrosion-resistant plating
