Canfield Connector has introduced its B5960 Dual Micro Proportional Driver, a DIN-mounted control solution designed to operate two proportional valves from a single compact unit. The driver is intended for use in fluid and air control applications, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems where precise output and space efficiency are required.

The solid-state device provides consistent output current to proportional solenoid valves to enhance system accuracy and stability. While the B5960 features two outputs, they are not independently adjustable, with current setpoints applying equally to both. The driver is suited for automated systems in material handling, industrial automation and various OEM machinery.

Key features of the B5960 Dual Micro Proportional Driver include:

  • Field configuration via six adjustable potentiometers for I Max, I Min, Ramp Up Time, Ramp Down Time, Dither Amplitude and Dither Frequency
  • Customer-selectable control signal input options: 0 to +10 VDC, -10 to +10 VDC, or 4 to 20 mA
  • Operation on 9–32 VDC power
  • LED status indicators for visual feedback

The B5960 is manufactured in the U.S. under Canfield’s ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
