Ecomix II CML 10 Transmission

ZF presents the latest generation of the Ecomix range, the Ecomix II type CML 10 (Concrete Mixer Lowspeed), for concrete mixers with a drum capacity up to 10 m³.

• Provides output torque of up to 62,000 Nm
• Smaller, lighter, tougher, quieter, more flexible and easier to service than first generation of Ecomix transmissions
• Approximately 24% lighter and 50% shorter than previous models
• Features significant increase to output bearing strength, which leads to less sensibility at off-road operation
• Elastomer units allow an increase of the axial run-out at drum bottom and an increase of misalignment of the drum
• Updated bearing concept means installation angle is no longer dependent on drum size and drum filling
• Installation angle up to 20 degrees is always possible
• Acoustic and mechanic decoupling of drum and vehicle frame leads to considerable noise reduction during operation and improved driving comfort
• Weight-optimized, low-speed-hydro motor and separate oil for transmission and hydrostatic as well as an improved accessibility help improve serviceability
• Includes cassette seal instead of sealing collar for increased durability and lifespan
