PT Tech Inc. announces two new members to its leadership team.

Scott Dwyer has been named President of PT Tech Inc. Dwyer joined the company in 2011 as Operations Manager and has accepted the promotion to President as part of the company’s succession plan.

He earned an MBA at Case Western Reserve University after receiving both his BSE and MSE in Engineering from the University of Michigan. Scott brings leadership experience across multiple disciplines, having served in executive positions in industries as varied as transportation, mining, logistics and health care.

PT Tech has a tremendous history of working alongside its customers to solve their pain and improve the productivity and durability of their equipment. The company also has an impressive depth of talent, a strong customer base, and many opportunities in the markets it serves. My goals are to leverage this history and talent to drive revenue growth in our existing markets, as well as expand into new markets by providing additional services and new products,” says Dwyer.

Brian Havrilla has been named the new Sales Director for PT Tech Inc. Havrilla brings 20 years of managing global sales, marketing and services to the position. Having traveled the globe to 58 countries, he will oversee all sales operations including PT Tech’s U.S., UK, and China locations.

Formerly with Rockwell Automation, General Motors and LTV Steel, he brings a broad base of experience to the sales, service and marketing teams. Havrilla holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University.

“My vision is to grow PT Tech sales by developing synergistic teams that utilize a disciplined sales approach while showing a passion for the customer. I will develop a strategy to grow the vertical  markets of mining, diesel engines, steel and controls both domestically and internationally. I’m also looking forward to collaborating with the creative talent in our Engineering group to enhance the existing product lines and introduce new products to continue business development and growth for PT Tech,” says Havrilla.

“Brian brings a strategic focus and significant global sales management expertise to PT Tech,” Dwyer says, “which will serve us well as we look toward our future growth plans. He has a proven ability to grow sales and brings an expertise in electronic controls which will help PT Tech’s expansion in new areas.”
