Truck-Lite recently announced two significant changes to its marketing team. Bob Ives has assumed the position of Executive Vice President of Business Development, and Beth W. English joined the organization as Vice President of Marketing.
In his new role, Ives will oversee the analysis, coordination and management of new business acquisitions and the development of new products and markets worldwide. He will continue to oversee the pricing and market planning departments. In addition, Ives will maintain his participation as a member of the company’s Planning and Operations Group and his role as the company’s Export Compliance Officer.
“Truck-Lite has a reputation for offering the highest quality lighting products in the world,” states Brian Kupchella, Truck-Lite’s President. “The groundbreaking release of Truck-Lite’s LED Headlamp has offered our organization countless opportunities. We saw a need to place someone in a new role – to oversee all our critical worldwide business development. With his extensive industry knowledge and strategic vision, we felt Bob Ives was the right person to spearhead our drive for continued growth.”
English comes to Truck-Lite with 27 years of marketing experience with Blair Corporation in Warren, PA. English was responsible for all marketing, merchandising and advertising functions for Blair’s largest business divisions, while serving as Vice President/General Manager.
“Beth’s extensive marketing and advertising experience will be a great addition to Truck-Lite,” says Ives. “We are very pleased to have someone of Beth’s caliber joining the Truck-Lite team. Her experience building brand visibility through strategic marketing communications and public relations programs will be key to our on-going success in new markets.”
English holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
