TTControl and Proemion have unveiled a next-generation connectivity solution for the off-highway sector. The jointly offered telematics solution is specifically designed for the TTControl product portfolio, which will enable customers to optimize their fleets and machines while maintaining maximum reliability and operational safety.

The off-highway sector is looking to telematics and IoT to enable smarter and more connected machines, fueled by a growing demand for remote monitoring, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance. Continued innovation in connectivity solutions also allows for enhanced data-driven decision-making that enables companies to optimize their fleet operations and reduce costs.

The new integrated telematics solution from TTControl and Proemion addresses this need. TTControl is a joint-venture company of TTTECH and HYDAC, based in Austria and Italy, and a provider of high-performance control systems and advanced electronics for off-highway vehicles and mobile machinery.

The new integrated telematics solution provides an all-in-one package from one source that ensures seamless connectivity and is ready to use without additional development effort. This reduces compliance and technical alignment efforts in the machine development process and during the complete machine life cycle.

The package contains electronic control units from TTControl’s portfolio and Proemion’s telematics solution. A dedicated hardware gateway, optimized for the TTControl portfolio, will be available through the sales network of TTControl, TTTECH, and HYDAC, as well as through Proemion. Integrated device and controller management enables a strong and secure technical core for off-highway vehicles and mobile machinery applications. Customers can remotely configure and update controllers and use the modern data platform to run diagnostics, optimize processes, or make data available for service and maintenance.
