TE Connectivity Named a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation has awarded TE a perfect score of 100 in the Corporate Equality Index.

TE Connectivity Ltd., a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has once again earned the highest rating on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

The CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. For the third consecutive year, TE has earned a 100% ranking on the CEI and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.

This is TE’s second recognition from the HRC Foundation in recent months. The company also received the highest rating in the HRC Equality MX survey, earning the distinction as a “Best Place to Work for the LGBT Community” in Mexico.
