HydraForce and Elevāt Enable Remote OTA Updates for BODAS Controllers

HydraForce and Elevāt have announced an advancement in remote machine management for off-highway equipment. Through an expansion of the HydraForce Connected Control Unit (CCU) capabilities, the companies now provide remote access and over-the-air (OTA) software updates for Bosch Rexroth BODAS controllers.

The integrated solution utilizes Elevāt’s industrial IoT and applied AI platform to allow original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to remotely diagnose technical issues and deploy software updates. This approach is intended to eliminate the need for on-site technicians, thereby reducing machine downtime and improving serviceability for equipment in the field.
