Sierra Pacific also has Finite Element Analysis Capabilities and fused deposition prototyping machines. These machines provide Sierra Pacific with the unique capability of designing parts, creating the design concepts on the computer, and finally producing actual models made of ABS plastic within a matter of hours. Sierra Pacific’s warehouses and shop floor are completely automated with all their work stations and forklifts connected to their ERP system in real time. All orders received are quickly updated in the entire system, enabling easy tracking for their customers.
