At INTERMAT 2012, Dana Holding Corporation debuted the Spicer 318 hydrostatic continuously variable transmission (HCVT).

  • Two-motor design provides 20% fuel savings during duty cycles that require high travel speeds, as well as increased tractive effort at low travel speeds
  • For front end loaders with six- to nine-ton operating weights and telescopic boom handlers with 6K to 10K lifting capacities
