ZF introduces its TERRAMATIC TMG 45 continuously variable transmission.

Able to attain final speed of 50 km/h at reduced revs of 1,400 rpm
Features modular construction
Can be used for standard tractors with a GVW of up to 22 tonnes
Provides higher power density and better efficiency through use of hydrostats (110/90 ccm) in oblique-disc/oblique-axle construction
Features fuel saving options such as variable system pressure for pressure reduction in the working and transport modes, reducing power loss by 3 kW
