Integrated Powertrain Engineering Fuel Economy Congress 2012 will highlight the many powertrain technologies currently available, as well as those on the horizon, that will enable OEMs to improve fuel economy.
During this inaugural event, the potential payback of current and future technologies for combustion, transmission, hybrid and driveline will be examined.
Day one of the congress will focus on OEMs' strategic responses toward developing combustion, transmission and hybrid powertrain technologies for fuel economy; meanwhile, day two will examine future strategies for downsized, boosted and hybrid powertrains to see how far the technological envelope can be pushed, as well as determine cost-effection strategies.
