GKN Wheels has launched a high-speed tractor wheel, the Profi-Flex HS, designed to address the issues of run-out that can occur on manually adjustable track wheels when used in high-speed applications.
- Incorporates integrated centering pins in spacers, guaranteeing disc and rim are correctly re-aligned when wheel track settings are being changed
- Uses single alignment pin which ensures disc has to be re-fitted in correct position when track spacing has been changed
- ‘Poka Yoke’ solution ensures wheel cannot be assembled incorrectly
- Ensures manual adjustment of tractor’s track settings can be completed efficiently and accurately, every time, and ride quality, comfort-levels and tractor performance will be maintained
