IDGA is sponsoring the Future Power Summit. This event brings together experts from the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, government agencies as well as several leaders within the military industry to discuss ways to utilize alternative energy in the military.
The focus of the conference is exploring technologies which conserve energy, lower costs and reduce dependence on foreign oil all while increasing the tactical and strategic security of the armed forces. Several keynote speakers and topic-specific sessions will provide attendees with a wealth of information over the course of the two-day event.
IDGA, the Institute for Defense and Government Advancement, sponsors a number of military related events over the course of the year. IDGA is a non-partisan organization whose focus is on the sharing of information and innovative ideas in public service and defense.
