Schurter USN 126 Chip Fuse

The USN 126 chip fuse from Schurter provides temperature sensitivity for overcurrent protection, as well as protection against excessive ambient temperatures.

  • Offers temperature-sensitivity suitable for both overcurrent protection and against excessive ambient temperatures
  • Requires current flow to blow, thus providing protection against overcurrent just as well as any conventional fuse
  • Protects power semiconductors against over-temperature
  • Current-time characteristic shifts as a function of ambient temperature, resulting in a specific trigger at a certain threshold value to be achieved with increasing temperature
  • 12 A current rated
  • Features high I2t values at 32V DC and slow blowing characteristic
  • Breaking capacity is 80 A at 32V DC and 170 A at 16V DC
  • Operating temperature range of -40-125 C (-40-257 F) 
  • Meets AEC-Q200 standard making it suitable for applications requiring the highest reliability under particularly difficult conditions (heat, vibration, mechanical and cyclic strength)
