Protocol Converter with CANbus and RS485 Ports

Axiomatic Technologies introduces its Protocol Converter with two isolated CANbus ports (SAE J1939, CANopen) and one isolated RS485 port (Modbus RTU/J1587) for engine applications.

• Acts as a gateway or interface between CANbuses with different baud rates and protocols (SAE J1939-SAE J1939 or SAE J1939-CANopen)
• Provides fast data exchange between a CAN network (SAE J1939 or CANopen) and RS-485 bus (SAE J1587 or Modbus RTU)
• Operational from 9 to 36V DC (12V DC, 24V DC nominal)
• Includes integrated Deutsch IPD 12-pin connector
• Features fully sealed enclosure with a rugged IP67 protection rating and compact size
• User configurable using Axiomatic Electronic Assistant
• Simulink Development Kit with block library is available
