HED CL-T05 CANect Next Gen Wi-Fi Telematics Module

The CL-T05 CANect Next Gen Wi-Fi Telematics module from HED Inc. provides equipment operators with Wi-Fi telematics capabilities, a service tool and smart datalogger with significant on-board resources to optimize equipment management.

• WiFi interface (external antennas optional) supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n concurrently (simultaneous APN and Client mode)
• Capable of wireless access to real-time and logged data via an interactive device application hosted on CANect module
• Interfaces via various mobile devices (laptop, smartphone or tablet) 
• Internal eMMC FLASH memory chip is 4GB standard (optional up to 32GB configuration)
• Memory chip is soldered for resistance to high shock and vibration
• Includes 128MB DDR3 RAM, Cortex A7 ARM Microprocessor running up to 524MHz and Linux operating system
• Two J1939 CAN ports are included on the module
• Features one USB Host port – Host and Client with OTG Support to download data to PC or USB memory device and update software
• Optional Ethernet Port is available
• Three-axis accelerometer for monitoring acceleration, deceleration and angle enables accident and roll-over detection
• Real Time Clock with internal battery (15 year life typical) allows for time-stamping of data and events logged
• Provides GPS location (external antennas optional)
• Low Power Sleep Module with Controlled Shutdown enables module to run after key switch is turned off so data can be logged to non-volatile memory
• Module turns itself off 
• Wake-Up possibly by following methods: Digital input on connector, CAN Traffic (optional feature), time set by software using Real Time Clock
