Award-wining engine producer JCB Power Systems has announced the appointment of a new distributor in North America. HG Makelim Co., of San Francisco is a leading distributor of power products, supplying industrial engines, diesel fuel injection systems and generator sets and accessories throughout the western United States.
Tony Domenici, Vice President and General Manager of the engine division of HG Makelim, says, “The JCB line of engines is complementary to our engine portfolio and fills a horsepower gap for us. I know that JCB manufactures high quality products, and when the company started to manufacture engines, I knew the quality would follow suit. The more I found out about how the company had designed the engine range specifically for the off-highway segment, the more I knew we would be able to find customers for the engines.”
