Yanmar introducing Tier 4 Final L-Series engines

Yanmar America announces its plans to introduce a Tier 4 Final compliant lineup of L-Series engine models. The L-Series has been a leader in the single cylinder, air cooled diesel engine market, and the company is looking to continue supplying its customers with L-Series models that meet the EPA’s Tier 4 Final regulations.

Both the L70 and L100 will meet Tier 4 Final regulations and are feature-packed to offer customers the best value in the industry. Key features of the L70 and L100 include:

• Increased power
• Minimal or no physical size increase
• Drop-in replacement for most IT4 L-Series models
• Variable & fixed speed models will be available
• DOC equipped

The Tier 4 Final compliant L-Series lineup is scheduled to be available in the first quarter of 2015. Sample engines for testing and validation will be available in mid-2014 in limited quantities. More detailed information will be announced in the future.
