EPA regulated criteria pollutants of carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen monoxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), total hydrocarbons (THC), and fuel economy using CO2 and the carbon balance method, were measured using a PEMS unit following a test cycle developed specifically for this testing project.
