AMS-Merlo Showcasing Extended Line of Merlo Telehandlers at World of Concrete 2018

AMS-Merlo will have 10 Merlo telehandler models on display featuring improved cabs and Tier 4 engines.

Applied Machinery Sales (AMS-Merlo), the official importer of world-class Merlo telehandlers, has lots in store at its expanded booth space (Booth O30060) at World of Concrete 2018, in Las Vegas, NV, in January.

AMS-Merlo plans to display 10 Merlo Telehandlers providing an opportunity to see a wider range of equipment. All the telehandlers will have the improved cab design with ergonomic upgrades, Tier 4 Interim or Tier 4 Final engines, and improved safety features.

The lineup includes:

  • Compact P27.6 Plus with a maximum lifting height of 19 ft. 6 in. and operating capacity of 5,950 lbs. Its footprint, 6 ft. x 6 ft. 3 in., makes it ideal for constricted job sites or equipment yards.
  • The Panoramic line features models - the P38.13 and P40.17 - with two hydraulically operated stabilizers on the front axle to ensure stability, and allow the machine to be fully operational on uneven grounds. These models feature lift heights up to 54 ft. 8 in. and lifting capacities up to 8,820 lbs.
  • The very popular HM Series will also be on display. The HM Series - P60.10, P50.18, P65.14, and P120.10 - all bring more to any job site. These models are designed, without stabilizers, for applications requiring mobility when working at great heights. Lift heights range from 31 ft. 5 in. - 58 in. 4 in. and operating capacities up to 26,460 lbs.
  • Roto models featuring 360-degree slewing turrets that allow these units to work in confined areas, offering all the features and benefits of a telehandler without the need to constantly reposition the machine. Our most popular, the Roto 40.30 MCSS, has a reach of 96 ft. 8 in., a lifting capacity of 8,820 lbs.
