Siemens CEO to Participate in Panel Discussion on Future Advancements in Manufacturing

Helmuth Ludwig, CEO of Siemens Industry Sector North America, will participate in a panel discussion about “What’s Next, Next?” in American manufacturing during the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Business Horizons Series, July 24, from 11:10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (EST). 

The event will be web cast, and participants are encouraged to register at http://emerging.uschamber.com/events/2013/bhs-todays-manufacturing-unlocking-unlimited-potential. The link will be active the morning of the event.

The entire half-day event, titled “Today’s Manufacturing: Unlocking Unlimited Potential” will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and will feature keynote speakers and panel discussions.

Joining Ludwig for a discussion about some of the cutting edge manufacturing products and processes that are changing the way manufacturing is done will be Steve Rengers, R&D Manager, Additive Development Center, General Electric Aviation and James Slutz, Fellow, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, President & Managing Partner, Global Energy Strategies, LLC. The panel will be moderated by Richard Cooper, Vice President, Emerging Issues & Research, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
