Fras-le presents its latest friction material innovation, the hollowed backing plate MATRIXX for air disc brake pads.
 
  • Designed for the commercial vehicles segment
  • Enables up to 25% reduction in total weight of brake pad, which enables increased load capacity of the vehicle
  • Helps reduce cost traveled per kilometer
  • Minimizes heat transfer between the pad and the brake system, contributing to the durability of the components (calipers, pistons, rubbers, etc.)
  • Increases operator comfort by reducing noise and vibration of brake system
  • Ensures mechanical strength against potential detachment
