ContiTech Vibration Control, a division of Continental, introduces hydro bushings, which can be used as engine and cab mounts.

  • Feature integrated fluid system to provide greater comfort in driver cabs than classic sleeve bearings
  • Dampens vibrations
  • Hydraulic medium on inside moves feely within rubber element
  • If put into motion, hydraulic medium flows through the narrow channels inside the bushing and resulting flow resistance creates counterforce to externally generated shift
  • Bears loads from 1,230 N to 3,000 N
  • Can be rotated along center axis, simplifying maintenance work on vehicle 
  • Available with two different inner diameters and three different levels of rigidity
