AST Bearings, a premier international supplier of bearing products and services, has added 475 new products to its mounted bearing category.
The subsets for the recently added mounted brackets are:
- Two Bolt Pillow Blocks- Designed for radial loads acting in the direction of the support surface. The additional products include a light-duty series with stamped metal housings.
- Two Bolt Flanges- Narrow shaped bearings with two holes for mounting. Flanged housings are used when the bearing mounting surface is perpendicular to a shaft axis.
- Three Bolt Flanges- Bearing units with three holes for mounting, available with an eccentric lock collar or set screws for attaching to the shaft.
- Tapped Base Housings- Housing units have a tapped base for applications where space is limited.
The new mounted bearing selections, along with all 10,000 AST products, have been indexed through an interactive online catalog featuring access to a downloadable library of 2D and 3D CAD models, RFQ generator, technical guides, data sheets and more at AST's website.
