JW Winco Sanline Antibacterial Hardware Products

JW Winco is expanding its Sanline range of antibacterial hardware products.         

• Uses two principles to destroy cell walls of microorganisms to prevent spread of bacteria, viruses and germs
• Special additives with silver ions are mixed in  for plastic parts and metal parts are given powder coatings based on zing molybdate 
• Zinc molybdate additives use moisture in the air to form an acidic film with a pH of about 4.5 on surfaces
• Acid protons from the acidic film penetrates cell membrane of bacteria to quickly destroy them
• Both principles used for plastic and metal parts remain effective for a long time even with frequent cleanings
• Product line includes handling elements such as buttons, hand levers, U-handles and wing nuts
