Global developer and supplier of tire and complete wheel solutions for the agricultural industry, Trelleborg, will present its portfolio of high-quality tires and solutions at SIMA 2013, to be held in Paris, France, from February 24 to 28. Located in hall 6, booth B111, the company offers farmers and contractors best-in-class solutions that decrease the use of natural resources and overall environmental footprint, while boosting efficiency and farming productivity.
Underlining the company’s commitment to providing solutions which not only provide added value for the customer, but for the environment as well, Trelleborg’s stand will be ‘sustainable farming’ themed.
Taking center stage on the stand will be an impressive LED waterfall, which, reflecting the company’s sustainable stance, will create water-made images to promote Trelleborg’s environmentally friendly approach and also entertain visitors with an amazing visual experience.
New products on show will include the company’s IF 900/60R42 TM1000 High Power and IF 800/70R32 CFO TM3000, two new ranges designed according to the company’s innovative BlueTire Technology which was set up to provide farming professionals with improved performance, while still fully respecting the environment.
“TM3000 is Trelleborg’s answer to the latest generation of harvesters and combine machines,” says Paolo Pompei, Business Unit President Agricultural & Forestry Tires, Trelleborg Wheel Systems.
“By the end of the year, we plan to phase in three more TM3000 sizes, the IF 800/65R32 CFO, the IF 800/70R38 CFO and the IF 1050/50R32 CFO. Matching sustainable and precision farming approaches, TM3000 is the right choice for professionals looking to increase the productivity of their farming operations, lowering their overall operating cost while looking after the safety of their operators. Moreover, we have extended our TM1000 High Power line, the next generation of IF tires which are capable of carrying more load at a lower pressure, making a total of seven sizes, between 30 and 42 inches, including IF 900/60R42, IF 710/75R42, IF 710/70R42, IF 650/65R34, IF 650/60R34, IF 600/70R30, IF 710/60R34,” concludes Pompei.
The TM1000 High Power, co-designed together with leading tractor manufacturers, is able to transfer to the ground the entire engine power, along with the torque driven by the latest breed of transmissions. With the product line having been extremely well received so far, Trelleborg is continuing to work with its partners to increase the range even further over the coming year.
Trelleborg’s popular 710/75R42 TM900 High Power, 650/65R42 TM800, 620/70R42 TM700, 380/90R50 TM100 for row crop applications, 750/60R30.5 TWIN RADIAL and 460/70R24 TH400 from the new agro-industrial range, will also be featured on stand.
